Dying leaf

Ross m starts with ...
I have just received my black magic and one of the leaf seems burnt with another new one happening not sure what to do am new to the elephant ear plant.
Any advise.

Hi Ross m,

It looks like the older leaf is sunburnt. The good news is it wont spread. His new growth appears to be acclimatized already so as long as you keep him well watered he will be fine. Sunburn occurs when the plant is moved to a higher light situation than it is ready for, it often happens when people move house plants outside.
