Tropical grower starts with ... My first post...I feel like a kid on the first day of school! I am trying to come up with a good fertilizing system in hope of getting my lawn, tropical plants and fruit trees to grow here on the Gold Coast and I have a few things I am unsure of. 1. Every fortnight with Organic Liquid Fertilizer as well as Slow Release every 6 months - is this right? 2. I was planning to alternate Seaweed/Charlie Carp/Worm tea for the fortnights. Is this ok or should I mix them all together for each fortnight? 3. Do I stop fertilizing in Winter or does that not apply here in the sub-tropics? 4. Is it ok to spray the leaves or do I need to only spray the soil? (pretty hard with lawn I guess eh!) 5. Has anyone got a more effective system that works for them? I'd love any suggestions. Thanks
