i have 20 or more fruit trees many of wich are not fruiting ??? i have high ph 8/5 bore water plenty of mulch over the years?????

we are on sanddune 10 mill yrs old ph 8+ borewater slightly salt tree would be 5 to 10 yrs old they have had lots of mulch over the years also complete fert olives cherry nectarine apricot quince mulberry avocado and more,daily watering on clock they look very healthy the citrus have plenty fruit? some years ago they did fruit i also sprayed with trace elements and most of them did flower??????????
