lilitheleanor says... Hi Harry I wouldn't give up just yet. So many of my plants were so late coming out of dormancy this year. I have four grapes. I transplanted 3 through winter. Two came back early, however one is only now starting to sprout from near the base. I would probably give it at least another couple of weeks.
