Mould on fork of avocado tree. Have sprayed twice with Nancozeb and Bio-Oil. Not sure what’s wrong! Also tiny markings on branches. Can anyone help with identification and how to treat please? Thank you!

Hi, i think the tiny marks on branches are bark forming. They are often seen. Have you tried blasting the white stuff off with water? It might be scale or mealy bug, hard to tell from pic. I would see if you can gently physically remove it.

Hi David2020,

Just brush it of with tap water as Jakfruit etiquette suggested then paint over with water base paint. Cheers
