Help to identify this tree and why leave dropped

Stev starts with ...
There are several ones. The biggest one dropped most of the green leaves from the top. Any one knows the tree and any suggestion to revive it? I've dripped around 700L water to the bottom of its trunk during 2 days. Not sure if it will help. Thanks
