Rogaor starts with ... Hello, I am after some musa paradisiaca pups in Queensland, I live in Brisbane and have found fruit at inala markets but have been unsuccessful trying to get the plants, none of the big nurseries stocks them. Can anyone please sell me a sucker or point me on a direction to find them. Caleb (Staff) says... Hi Rogaor, We occasionally stock the Pacific Plantain, which is a Musa paradisiaca variety. Due to the wilt going through our plantations, the legislation gets a bit harsh on propagation and we can only sell tissue-cultured certified-disease-free plants. This makes it a bit harder for anybody to get them in, as you can imagine, when you can't just dig up a sucker. I'm sorry I can't be of more help, I can't make any promises on when we will get them back in stock, and I don't know of anybody else that might have them. Thanks, -Caleb from Daley's Fruit Tree Nursery | About the Author Caleb (Staff) Kyogle 21st December 2018 2:15pm #UserID: 19506 Posts: 35 View All Caleb (Staff)'s Edible Fruit Trees |
