Ellen starts with ... Hi Green Thumbers I saw a post a while ago, but can't find it now, on how to kill a plant/tree permanently without having to dig it out. I have this young tree, we've been trying to execute it? digging the roots out, etc. But b/c there is a piece of root went over from the neighbor's yard, so it kept growing back every 6 months. Now my neighbor has cemented his yard in, so it can't grow back on his yard, so it came over to my yard and start to overtake my yard.
