Linton says... Hi Glenda Sorry I don't know if the pulp can be frozen or not but I would like to know which type of Inga species you are growing. I have been looking for the Machete variety of icecream bean with the long green pods for a long time, rather than the Pacays which I'm not keen on. Please put a photo of the 'beans' if possible.
