I'd like to find out what type of tree this is. Please see photos attached.

The photos you have attached leave a lot in question, so for a better id a picture of flowers and/or fruit, as well as a better close-up foliage photo would be beneficial.

Having said that, judging from picture 2, It looks like a tuckeroo tree (cupaniopsis anacardioides) in my opinion.
