Debbie starts with ... We purchased a Sheppard and a Hass avocado but unfortunately one has died. We need to replace it but we don't know whether it is the Hass or Sheppard remaining (tags have been removed). Can anyone please help with identifying our remaining tree.

jakfruit etiquette says... I would take the pic or some leaves back to the nursery where you got it, or one that sells buth types. Out of a choice of 2, I think you could eliminate one based on leaf shape, leaf scent, colour of new growth. I would prob guess Not Hass, ie agree with Manfred, but I havent seen a Shepard tree. | About the Author jakfruit etiquette vic 25th July 2017 5:03pm #UserID: 5133 Posts: 915 View All jakfruit etiquette's Edible Fruit Trees |
