The flower is a banksia/protea of some description, the foliage the arrow is pointing to looks more like some kind of wattle to me.

I am after the leaves. :) I am not sure what it is. I thought it's gum but I could be wrong.

Most likely to be the juvenille foliage of the Victorian or Tassie blue gum. When the mature trunk is coppiced the new shoots send out the rounded leaves first and the typical eucalypt leaves don't develop until later. It's quite an industry, you will notice a number of our gums have different juvenille to adult foliage

Phil, you could be right, but it also looks like Euc cineria, which I have growing. I grew it for the foliage.
