Is this a Blueberry Plant?

    4 responses

Last summer we moved into a house with our first garden. We have been having lots of fun gardening.

We have a bush that had Blue berries on it last summer. We didn't eat any because I didn't know whether it was safe and I have 2 children

Can anyone identify whether this is an edible blueberry plant?

Thanks, Tess

It certainly looks like a blueberry. Could do with a prune, but not now it is flowering.

Thanks Julie,

I thought that it was I'm new to this and I'm not confident enough without a second opinion :-)

I'm not surprised that it needs pruning, everything in the garden needed pruning when we moved in. There was even a Lime tree lying along the ground which we managed to save.

It has been a really interesting learning experience.
