Brendan says... Hi B, bigger is 'usually' better for pot sizes, and use the best potting mix you can afford. Make sure the trees root-ball(s) are cleaned of all the old potting mix when re-potting. Itdepends says... 40cm pots or bigger- half a wine barrel if you can get it/fit it in your garden scheme.
