Mango Flower - 2 heads?

Hi All,

I have no experience with Mango trees yet alone Mango flowers, I am wondering is it common or normal for Mango flowers to have 2 heads in the 1 flower see attached. This is my Pearl Mango grown from seed in summer 2017, flowering for the first time this spring. Not all flowers are double-headed but there are a few flowers that are.

*The correct wording as I've learnt with my research is it seems to have 2 ovaries in the 1 flower on some flowers.
