Michela Alba

I have a tropical look garden separating 2 decks. It is looking spectacular - however the frangipani tree that is currently in the corner spills rust from its leaves over the deck at end of season. I am looking to replace it with Michela Alba Paklan. However I am concerned that it may be too big for the area. I have only 1.5 sq mtr area for it. The frangipani is kept trimmed. Could I keep the Michela Alba a neat trimmed tree as well. The maximum height I can go is 2 metres high. Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thank you

Hi Vicki, you would need to keep a Pak Lan pruned as they do grow much larger than the space you have for it.

No idea which frangipani you have but the strongest one is the white colored variety.

It doesn't have much rustissues and blooms the most of all colors/varieties.
Also it's blooms smell the strongest.

We have all colors in the Thai gardens but the white ones always looks the strongest.
