Need help identifying a tree

Hello everyone, I need help with identifying what this tree is.

Last winter I used the veggie and fruit kitchen scraps for compost, and I basically dig holes on the ground and threw the scraps in.
Long story short, I have tomato, chilli, apple seedlings growing at random spot around the garden.

Now, this tree is unknown to me, I tried to find it on google, on weed list, etc, but can't find it.

Anyone knows what this is?

Looks like an Ash (Fraxinus Griffithii)to me...but way too close to your foundations - it grows to be a very big tree.
