My Curry Leaf Plant (Murraya Koenigii) lost a lot of leaves during some bad weather in June. It has started to shoot again but only from the tips. Could you advise if I can and should prune this plant. It is about 1 & 1/2 metres tall but a bit spindly.

Cut it back now the weather is warming up and it should push new growth and form a more bushy habit. It is a good idea to keep them cut back to prevent them from seeding as they can become a serious weed if left unchecked.

Re Curry Leaf Plant.
Thank you Kath. I have been and always will be a person that doesn't like to prune. Always afraid that everything will die.
However I would very much like to save this plant so I will take your advice. Thanks again for your help.

I must say I am the opposite Nerryle especially if the plant looks like it is in trouble usually getting rid of the bad old growth allows it to put more effort into developing new and healthy shoots.
