Nth qld fruit tree

North qld starts with ...
Hello this tree is growing in my garden in north queensland. Has grown from seed but not sure which fruit. Loves full sun. Would anyone know what it is please.

Its got me stumped. I dont think its lychee. It could be a eugenia that I havent seen before but they usually have opposite leaves.
