Mayya starts with ... Hi, I am looking for Oro Blanco or Melogold citrus tree. It is a cross of pomelo and grapefruit from California originally. As far as I know it was introduced to Australia already. Is there any chance that I will be able to get it somehow? Thank you! Mayya PS If no, can you recommend a sweet pomelo variety which can grow in NSW (Newcastle area) Thanks again :-) | About the Author Mayya Bolton Point 13th August 2019 12:42pm #UserID: 20700 Posts: 1 View All Mayya's Edible Fruit Trees |
jakfruit etiquette says... Hi this topic has been covered before on this forum https://www.daleysfruit.com.au/forum/oroblanco-pommelograpefruit-tree/ I think its closer to a really great grapefruit than a pummelo, it doesnt quite match a tropical pummelo. Others to think about are Flicks, Honnefs surprise, or Tahitian pummelo. Maybe even Star Ruby red grapefruit. | About the Author jakfruit etiquette vic 28th August 2019 6:54pm #UserID: 5133 Posts: 915 View All jakfruit etiquette's Edible Fruit Trees |
