Panama red passionfruit vine

Joan wharton starts with ...
Can I grow Panama Red in ?Sydney - sub tropical climate. Have a vine in ground, watered and fed fir 12 months...lots if leaves but no flowers or fruit.
Is pollination a problem?
Any advice appreciated.

My grafted Passonfruits Panama red and Kelly black growth in Melbourne took 2 years to have flowers and fruits. This is normal. Unless you live in QLD then it can have fruits in a year time. Cheers
