Pandanus Tectorius seedlings

Hi Everyone,
I have some pandanus tectorius seedlings. Leaves are about 15 cm high. Can anyone provide some guidance on the best potting/soil mix for them?

My intention is to keep them potted for a few years before putting them in the garden. I thought that a 50/50 mixture of sand and native potting mix with handful of aged chicken manure might work well.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Many thanks,

Shaun.
