plant my jiro persimmon tree

Fruit lover myles starts with ...
hi i bought a jiro persimmon not that long ago and its leaves were starting to go that wonderful signature orange colour they go and still are and just wondering in this period of leaves can i plant it now or should i wait for the leaves to completely fall off?
