David01 says... Hi Edward, Do you have the photos of your Plum tree? 1. Most of stone fruits need water during flowering to form fruits. Lack of water may result in few flowers or most flowers drop. 2. If the weather get much warmer than usual, leaves will comes earlier than expected. That could be the reason why you see flowers and leaves at the same time.
