Bought 2 yrs old pomegranate to you about 4 years ago but until now, aside from one doest not flower and bear fruit, they're bushy and healthy. What do you think is the problem? They're fertilised at least every 3 months.

Hi Edith

1. Needs full sun 6 hours or more.

2. Modify your fertilizer formula a bit. Cut back on Nitrogen fert and more on potassium and phosphorus lets say N(2) P(6) K(6). Application should be done during early spring and mid summer.

3. Tip prune them during spring. Pomegranates mainly bear fruit on new growth.

4. If bees are not around to pollinate get a sable brush and hand pollinate the flowers as much as you can in the morning.

5. Remove all suckers. They take away much needed energy for flowering and fruiting reserves.

Hope these tips help. Happy Gardening :-)
