It looks like it may be tricky to source something in Australia, but I did find one seed supplier after a quick poke around, although they are listed as 'out of stock' at the moment. https://australianseed.com/shop/item/samanea-saman--01 You may find more results, but it may be worth contacting them to ask if they will be stocked again. I think if they've had them before, at least they found a source for them. Alternatively find out if there are any importation restrictions on these seed into Australia.
