Firstly, do they flower at all?
They should flower in spring not long after leaves appear. Is it a non flowering or a non fruit setting problem ? Next do you know what variety exactly?
If they are flowering but not setting, may be pollination problem. If It sets tiny fruit but they all drop, could be fungal problem. Grape growers have treatments to fix these type of problems.

I think Thompson and Crimson seedless both need cane pruning. Giving them an even haircut all over will cut off the flower buds which appear further out along the canes.
Marroo may be spur pruned though rather than cane pruned.
From my knowledge cane pruning something that should be spur pruned will reduce the yield and spur pruning something that should be cane pruned will eliminate the yield completely.

Ok. So how are you pruning the vines? The method might affect fruiting if you are taking off the flowering wood.If that's not it you might try cincturing.

There's a lot of difference between cane and spur pruning and each impacts on the fruiting capacity of the variety.

I suggest that you go to YouTube and watch how each is done. Sultana needs cane pruning to fruit.
