stop fruiting on ornamental vines

Hi folks,
We have well established Glory vines which provide excellent Summer shade.
In the first few years they did not fruit but now they have become heavy bearers of currant like fruits which attract pest birds and stain the deck etc.
I generally use Nitrogen to promote growth but this year am using aged pig manure.
We used to grow table grapes and sprayed GA to thin the bunches but can you advise what to use to stop the fruit setting at all?
They are just starting to flower and I thought that might be the best time to spray them.
Thanks
Roger

Is that the Gloriosa vine (lily) or a Morning Glory vine?

Hi, it's a classic grapevine so would be the morning glory I assume. I spur prune in Winter. I have reduced the bunches with a spray of GA but there are still a lot left. Thanks Roger
