Supermarket paw paw

    2 responses

David starts with ...
By chance I have sprouted a paw paw seedling from a supermarket bought fruit.
Which type of paw paw am I likely to be growing?
It's a bit of a novelty that I am growing a paw paw in Canberra.
I'm tempted to bonsai my paw paw -- possible or worthwhile?

I'm just interested in the challenge of growing the plant in Canberra -- for it to produce kids may be just too much too ask. I bought the fruit in November from a supermarket -- does that help in a possible identification of the type of paw paw. David
