Taro - Black leafed

Pola starts with ...
I keep buying the black leaf variety of ornamental taro and it seems to revert to green leaf variety. Any explanations?

Al says...
Could possibly be too much light, as red leaves are generally an adaptation to low light levels. You could try putting it out of the sun and see what happens?
