Unhappy avocado tree

Hi, does anyone have any ideas about what's causing my avocados leaves to be yellow between the veins and brown on the tips? Gave chelated iron about a week ago but no improvement. Thanks bec

Mine are doing the same - gave iron drench and a spray but you wont see a change for a month or more - Its partly due to colder wet weather too - are you in West Oz? If so its the winter cold - get hold of some Metalaxy Fungicide to improve root function. (Elders Ag supplies)

Thanks mark! Yes, I'm on the south coast of wa. Weirdly I have 2 planted near each other, ones straight in the ground (fuerte) and ones in a more sandy mound (Pinkerton). It's the fuerte in the ground that's suffering. Pinkerton looks great.
What's the fungicide for? Is it phytophthora?
