What is my grapefruit tree lacking?

Alison starts with ...
I've done a bit of a google but I can't find any reason for this! Can anyone enlighten me? We have heavy, red soil typical to out area and water often from a creek. We also grow mandarin, limes and lemons. This is the only grapefruit and the only citrus having issues

jakfruit etiquette says...
It could be leaf curl caused by stress from insect pest or watering issues. Could also be a plant virus ??
