Hi,
Yay! a bit behind my other trees and the black sapotes but I finally have fruit on my White ones. Just wondering how you tell when a white sapote fruit is ready to be picked?
Thanks in advance

Linda - you may have to experiment - most are getting ripe around end of March - non fertilized fruit are smaller & dont have seeds and will yellow slightly or maybe fall off before fertile fruits- these do taste a little bit different to ripe large fruit with big seeds inside. What are yours you think - my fertile fruits on Pyke are as big as tennis balls now first time but past Small non fertilized fruit tasted pretty good anyway but not enough to enjoy.
Look for a colour change?
Some pics would help
