It is used raw in salads, I haven't had the pleasure. But if anyone is growing it I'd love a rhizome to try.

Thats the problem when digressing from topic title .. Earth Garden should have some .. might have to wait for winter to order .. names of plants can be very mixed up . What most think is native spp. has proven to be an import .
