I have no idea where Flagstaff Hill is. Putting a state in the address would help.
What is the climate like? Most berries need fairly cold winters to do well.

Just searched this exact problem myself and found your old post... Any success yet? I have my youngberry plant in the same bed as all my raspberries and they do really well but never a fruit on my youngberry despite all the flowers

This is surprising mine gave an abundance of fruit from get-go in Sydney. I have 1 in direct sun & the other in almost pure shade both done well.
