Got a grafted tree about a year ago

Was doing good until about a month ago when random leaves yellow in about a week and drop. Is it a winter thing? Its an indoor tree

I tested my soil for nutrients and Nitrogen, Phosphorous and Potash are all in the good range

Its potted in a south facing window (with all day sun) with adequate drainage(terracotta pot on rocks)

ive been battling spider mites occasionally but im very vigilant and hand wipe each leave top and bottom with Neem oil whenever I detect any of those jerks

also have a water meter and water when it reaches 4. about once a week.

Hi Yuzu

It might be a winter thing because my citrus tend to be yellow and some of the leaves dropping during winter because of lesser heat and shorter days hence shorter sunlight. Or it might be iron and magnesium deficiency.
Happy gardening 😎

Another possibility is magnesium deficiency. You could try a dilute Epsom salt fertigate. Use 2 teaspoons per litre and then water in well.
