Dragon fruit problem - The pics look liked it had really bad stem rot. The rot was stopping the flow of water and making the tip wilt. Its really hard to save a plant damaged this bad. You would have to cut off all the rotten bit, let any healthy part dry out at the cut for..521 days 22hrs
