Apple questions.

I am wanting to grow some apples. We are in Gladstone QLD and are looking at the dwarf varieties of Anna, Golden Dorsett and Tropic sweet as I believe the pollinate each other.

Questions:
Is there a difference between Anna and Tropic Anna?

The dwarf varieties are shown as growing 2-4 meters, how far apart should the trees be spaced?

Anna and tropical anna should be the same. I read it was developed in Isreal to grow in their hot climates. It also has some crab apple genetics. The word tropical is probably added for marketing.

Spacing wise - depends on your yard and how you want to shape your tree. I would say 3 to 5 m is ok. Others may have a different opinion.
