Avocado disease?

I don't know if anyone can help. I planted this Hass avo last year. It has been going really well despite huge amounts of rain since planting in Oct. But now all that rain may be the cause. Brown patches on back of lower/older leaves, yellowing on the flipside of the leaf, a few small brown tips. Grey/black mottling on lower branches and middle section of trunk. Would appreciate any suggestions. Thanks

Hi anon,
I see you have a ring around your tree with mulch inside. That can help rot the trunk.
Check my Lamb Hass with ring, mulch is only outside :-)
(BTW, it needs more mulch, up to the top of ring.)
