Blueberry flowers falling off

Hi everyone,

Recently my blueberries have flowered. All was going well until the little stub left behind when the flower was pollinated turned purple and fell off! I don’t know what’s causing this and I can’t find anything on the internet. Images attached.

Hey

I had the same thing happen to mine they flowered early this year and died off but have flowered again and set fruit I put it down to the weather.

That plant looks so healthy and vibrant! So it’s just weather? Hope so. It’s been so erratic in Melbourne.
