Broadleaf Papaya

I notice Daleys are selling these now and thought I'd post a few pics of mine. They seem quite variable and mine is very broad leaved and is a bit of a beast, wanting to grow into a very bushy tree - I have to remove side branches often. The leaf stalks on these are very red, whereas some are green. Thanks again to Mike for the seeds originally. I had the pleasure of eating one in Cairns and they are very good, and much more dense than regular Reds.

Wow, it's doing exceptionally well. I'm growing mine in a pot, is still single trunk and producing good sized torpedo shaped fruit.

Kid of yours is growing fast BJ.

Nice tree. I took mine out to make way for Florida gold and some others, kind of regretting it now after seeing this. Beautiful thing. Did you dress it that way or is that just its natural form?

I just removed a few more horizontal branches that were growing into the pomelo. This one really wants to be a big bush. I didn't expect it to be so thick when I planted it, otherwise I wouldn't have put it in between the plants I have.
