Calamondin looking unhealthy

Hi,

I recently bought a calamondin and planted it in a 50cm pot as shown in the photos.

I've probably had it for two or three weeks and some of the smaller leaves (and branches) have started going yellow and dry and curling. Some of the leaves have mottled patterns. The larger leaves off the main trunk seem largely unaffected and there is some fresh growth coming through which is still green.

I know there are quite a few leafminers which I have been trying to remove with white oil, and there were a few small caterpillars.

The other trees in the same pots, potting mix, watering/fertilising regime are all healthy. Do you think this is from root damage from the potting? Excessive fertiliser? Fungus? I've been searching the web but I can't find anything that resembles these.

Any input appreciated!

Edit: It normally sits in further back where it gets full sun (including afternoon sun). I am in Brisbane - maybe I should move it so it only gets full sun in the morning?

No ideas at all? I checked for root rot but I can't find any sign of it.

I'm completely out of ideas.
