I can't convert my family on to this, I have tried it in salad but they are not keen. Any favourite ways to eat it would be appreciated

We usually use this for soup. We cut them in thin strips and add them to clear stock with prawns or mince pork.

I heard this is nutritious but personally hate it even though I love most vegetables. It's slimy. A friend cook it in soup and beat some egg in. I guess you use it mainly for soups and can throw some other meat in.

A word I can never spell, Eggs, bacon, spinach etc , Quiche, I find this is fine if you dont use to much. But yes how you can bear it is personal taste bases.

Hehe it certainly sets a lot of seed. Mine actually over wintered as well so its still producing seed :) Lucky I am collecting lots for the Seed bank.
