sternus1 says... well, the first thing you need to do is get it out of the polyhouse, because they don't like humidity. They are a forestry species, not a rainforest species per se. Alhough they do occur naturally in rainforest (ish) settings, they are likely to be found next to streams/creeks so ar cooled pretty much all of the time. Second thing you need to do is make sure your mix is perfectly draining--standing free draining.
