Hi! My aunt has a neighbor whose fruit tree has been growing over the fence. She has always been curious about what kind of fruit tree this is. I have attached a photo it. I do hope you can help me out with this one.thanks!

It's a white sapote, you can tell by the white spots on the bark and the foliage.

Make sure to eat the fruits when they're soft.

It is the white sapote, Casimiroa edulis. Also called ice cream fruit. It has lots of sugar in it so you only eat one at a time.
