I live in Sydney.

I want advice on how to extend the fruiting season of organges which trees to plant please.

Also the same for apples.

I got the information on the mandarins a few weeks ago and I am going to order these next week

Orange - try a navel and a valencia, i think you will find they fruit at different times.

As for apple, harder, but you can get an early, mid and late varieties. Though you want some overlap flowering times for pollination.
