How big does a cherry tree get?

I was thinking of planting a couple of cherry trees (SW of WA) but as I am on a suburban block, I don't want them to get too big. I was thinking of a stella, bing and van. Is is reasonable to be able to prune them to be no bigger than 3-4m tall and 2m wide maximum?

If you let it, 20-30m tall, theres a reason cherry pickers are called that.!

www.woodbridgefruittrees.com.au have an article on spanish bush pruning to keep them small.
