Is this rootstock?

I have had my tahitian lime tree for 3 months. I don't know if this is a rootstock sucker? Or just new shoots? It's growing on top of the graft line. Should I prune it or just leave it?

No it seems to be coming from above the graft union, so not rootstock. Also the rootstock looks like Poncirus trifoliata from the bark, that has 3 leaflets per leaf, so not likely rootstock.
