cslorach starts with ... I'm currently a caretaker on a large property and I've designed a guild to plant under a row of stone fruit trees being 80 x 3 meters. As the guild prerequisite is to look like an English garden, I'm trying to source a suitable viola to make up some of the living mulch. Can anyone recommend a sterile and easily contained variety that works well in shady areas as well as being tolerant of frost? We live in a cool temperate climate. Thank you to anyone with advice.
