Julie says... John, I can't see why not, as they are closely related to Cape Lilac which grows like a weed in WA. I bought Neem seeds from Kimberley Seeds in Osborne Park, but when they flowered and fruited they turned out to be Cape Lilac! I was not happy, as they weren't cheap. I bought seed from India, which was confiscated by customs. Sigh! I've kind of lost interest now.
